Along with going to Lincoln, Neill, Linda, Sam and I also took a day trip to Louth, which I described in an earlier post. They treated Sam and I to a truly superb fish and chips meal at Steel’s restaurant, too. At Steel’s, the fish and chips cover your entire plate. As you’ll see in the slideshow, it takes a big appetite to finish a plate.
Hi Nick and Sam. Claudia here. Just finished looking at your blog!!! I am so jealous, what a great adventure. Your parents and Lizby were here in Piedmont last weekend. Parents left Monday. Lizby stayed until Wed. We took her kayaking on the Current River. Fun!. Enjoy your trip, hope to see you soon.
Yay!! I finally found your blog with Diana and Becky's help. Hasn't been the same without you guys around. Looks like you are having a great adventure!! Makes me want to take a return trip to Europe...maybe someday when Troy and I retire. Christy...
We decided to make a bold move in the spring of 2010. We quit our steady, enjoyable jobs in Idaho to take a nearly three month trip to Europe. We're going to meet family, attend a good friend's wedding, attempt to trace our ancestral roots and see a piece of what Europe has to offer.
This blog is a means of keeping a travel journal, a way for our family and friends to keep up with us while we're away and, possibly, the beginnings of a travel book.
Enjoy...
